Chaitanya Vaish
COGNARA INFRASTRUCTURE
Chaitanya's background sits at a rare intersection of engineering and quantitative finance, a combination that is precisely what building a credible probabilistic risk intelligence platform requires. His undergraduate training in Management and Technology with a specialisation in Computer Engineering at the Technical University of Munich gave him the technical foundation to build analytically rigorous systems from the ground up, while his Master in Economics with a specialisation in Banking and Finance and Corporate Finance from the University of Zurich and ETH Zurich grounded that technical capability in the financial modelling frameworks, credit analysis methodologies, and investment risk concepts that define institutional infrastructure finance. Drawing on experience across high-growth technology startups, financial markets, and risk advisory at Deloitte, he combines engineering precision with financial depth to identify and address gaps in how complex infrastructure risks are measured, modelled, and communicated, building analytical tools that produce institutional-quality probabilistic risk intelligence.
Vasundhara Vaish
COGNARA HEALTH
Vasundhara Vaish is a legal professional with a multidisciplinary background in medical law, ethics, genomics, and public health. She holds two LL.M. degrees, including an LL.M. in Medical Law and Ethics from the University of Edinburgh and an LL.M. in Advanced Advocacy, and her work focuses on health risk assessment, particularly the legal, regulatory, and ethical challenges associated with health and genomic data. Drawing on experience in legal research and interdisciplinary scholarship, she undertakes risk analysis relating to data privacy, informed consent, genomic governance, and the frameworks underpinning personalised medicine and data-driven healthcare, with a particular interest in identifying and managing risks arising from the collection and use of health and genetic information while promoting accountability and public trust in emerging healthcare technologies.
